Terms of Service

Commissioning @Zancuno means you agree to these terms

General Terms

Follow the other Terms of Service(s) of any service you are communicating in. Active communication may be required as reviews of the artwork may be required for quality.
 

An email will be required for PayPal payment and order delivery, a secondary email can be given in case of delivery instead. An order will be ready for you from 1 day to 3 months time, anything further unless specified, would result in a refund. Your order will contain a full resolution image of the artwork, an internet optimized version if previous is too large, a Serial ID card for ownership purposes, and any other items for your order.
 

An order can be refused at any time for any reason.
 

Privacy will be present, any legal names will not be mentioned unless permitted to. The artist’s legal name will be present during payment for legal reasons, unless otherwise agreed, do not give out the artist’s legal name.
 

Any terms of this agreement can be modified in mutual agreement if the buyer so wishes to have altered terms.

Payment

Payment will be done either full up front or after the initial sketch for cautious buyers. The currency that will be used is USD (United States Dollars), which PayPal may convert your currency for you.
 

Payment will be received via invoice sent to your email, said invoice will have a copy of the terms of service you agreed to. Payment will be required before the order can be continued.

Retracting payment outside mutual agreement is considered a cancellation of your order and rights over the artwork, both during and after.

Revisions

Once shading begins, no changes can be made. For pose, angle, or stance changes in ask in the sketch phase. For further design changes ask in line art phase. For color changes, ask during the flat color phase.

Cancellation and Refunds

If the artist cannot complete your order, they will refund it.

Canceling mid order progress will result in a refund and watermarked progress images being taken back.
 

Forcing a charge back after an order is done will result in loss of artwork rights, rights returning to @Zancuno, notices of stolen artwork being posted with easy Serial ID search, and further action being taken if needed.

Rights and Usage

The artist will keep full rights to the artwork after the order is completed. Although the artist cannot claim IP (Intellectual Property) rights of anything shown in the artwork they do not own.
 

The buyer in the case of ownership of the Intellectual Property will have full commercial rights over the artwork. This includes right of sale and right to sell their commercial rights to another entity.
 

The buyer not owning the Intellectual Property displayed in the artwork, will only have private use rights. Private use being that the artwork cannot be used for sale or advertisement. Displaying in public is allowed as long as it is not for commercial use. Although the private rights of the artwork can be given non commercially to another entity.
 

If a transfer of ownership of the artwork is done, you are not forced to, try to inform the artist so ownership info can be update in their public listings.
